हिंदू धर्म का , हमारे देवी देवताओं का , पूजा पद्धति का रीति-रिवाजों को गाली देना, मजाक उड़ाना , धमकी देना इस देश में लिबरल और सहिष्णु होने की पहचान है, फ्रीडम आफ एक्सप्रेशन का सारा अधिकार और दायरा सिर्फ हिंदू धर्म तक ही सीमित है, मकबूल फिदा हुसैन से पठान तक, ओ माय गॉड से पीके तक, सारी क्रिएटिविटी और आर्ट हिंदू धर्म और उसकी पहचान से संबंधित वस्तुओं पर कटाक्ष, अपमान और निंदा करने में ही है, एक तरफ एक धर्म विशेष के व्यक्ति का कार्टून बनाने पर पूरे देश में विदेश में हत्या हो जाती हैं आतंकवादी हमले हो जाते हैं परंतु सनातन धर्म के देवी-देवताओं का अपमान और पूजा पद्धति का अपमान एक वर्ग विशेष के राजनेताओं से लेकर तुष्टीकरण के झंडावरदार तक करना अपना जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार समझते हैं. वह चाहे 15 मिनट के लिए पुलिस हटाने की धमकी हो या यह कहना कि हम हिंदुओं को मिटाने आए हैं या काली माता का अपमानजनक चित्र बनाना और नूपुर शर्मा के सच बोलने पर भी कन्हैयालाल और उमेश की और ना जाने अनगिनत लोगों की हत्या कर देना, कमलेश तिवारी से लेकर कन्हैयालाल तक सैकड़ों हत्या तुष्टीकरण की बलि चढ़ चुकी और हिंदू सनातन धर्म को एक वर्ग विशेष को अपनी बपौती लगता है. क्योंकि इस देश में जो लॉ एंड ऑर्डर को इंप्लीमेंट करवाने वाली पुलिस भी इन लोगों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने में डरती है और पिछले दिनों जिस प्रकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की जजों ने अपनी गरिमा और सीमा दोनों लांग कर नूपुर शर्मा के बारे में जो गैरकानूनी टिप्पणी करें वह उसका सबसे ताजा और प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण है. हमने अपने सामर्थ्य अनुसार उसके खिलाफ मीडिया में कोर्ट कचहरी में अपनी आवाज बुलंद करी.

नूपुर शर्मा ने जो कहा वह कुरान और हदीस की रोशनी में कहा था और वही बात जाकिर नायक सैकड़ों बार टीवी पर कह चुका था लेकिन एक षड्यंत्र के तहत नूपुर शर्मा को निशाना बनाया गया और कन्हैयालाल से लेकर उमेश तक की हत्या सिर्फ नूपुर शर्मा का समर्थन करने और उसका चित्र अपनी डीपी पर लगाने पर कर दी गयी, और जब नूपुर शर्मा अलग-अलग f.i.r. को एक जगह ट्रांसफर करने को लेकर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय पहुंची तो वहां जस्टिस जेबी पारदी वाला और सूर्यकांत गवाही ने जिस तरह गैरकानूनी और अमर्यादित टिप्पणियां नूपुर शर्मा के ऊपर करी ऐसे में कानून की थोड़ी बहुत समझ रखने के कारण मुझे लगा जब अब तक कोई भी जांच एजेंसी इन्वेस्टिगेशन या कोर्ट इस निष्कर्ष पर नहीं पहुंची कि जो नूपुर शर्मा ने कहा है वह सच है या झूठ? वह अपराधी है या नहीं ? वह सजा के योग्य है या नहीं ? ऐसे में बिना किसी इन्वेस्टिगेशन और ज्यूडिशल फाइंडिंग के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के जजों के द्वारा इस तरीके की अवांछित टिप्पणी कर ना सिर्फ उन्होंने नूपुर शर्मा के जीवन को खतरे में डाला बल्कि जिहादियों के मनोबल को बढ़ा दिया है तब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के माननीय चीफ जस्टिस को एक लैटर पीटीशन Dt. 1.7.2022 को फाईल करी ,अंततोगत्वा उन्ही दोनों जजों ने ना सिर्फ नूपुर शर्मा के सभी केसों को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर कर दिया अपितु उसे जमानत भी दी.

कनाडा में बैठी कोइ लीना मकलानी एक डॉक्यूमेंट्री बनाती है और उसके पोस्टर में मां काली को सिगरेट पीते हुए और एलजीबीटी के झंडे को उठाते हुए दिखाया जाता है सवाल इस बात का नहीं है की माता काली का जो वीभत्स चित्रण फ्रीडम आफ एक्सप्रेशन या क्रिएटिविटी के नाम पर किया जा रहा है सवाल यह है कि सारा फ्रीडम हिंदू धर्म के देवी देवताओं और पूजा पद्धति पर ही क्यों यह छूट किसने दी हिंदू क्या कायर है? डरपोक है? सहिष्णु है ? उसकी वाटर टेस्टिंग कब तक? सवाल सिर्फ इतना है , जहां एक पोस्टर बनाने पर आतंकवादी हमले हो जाते हैं यहां ऐसे लोगों को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से आसानी से मेल मिल जाती है खैर इस विषय को लेकर हमने गौ महासभा की तरफ से एक शिकायत दाखिल कर दी थी और परिणाम आने तक हम अपनी शिकायत पर लड़ते रहेंगे.
