आदि शंकराचार्य जी की मूर्ति की पुनः स्थापना/ प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा 5 नवंबर 2021 शिलान्यास
वर्ष 2013 की हिमालय सुनामी में आदि शंकराचार्य जी की जो समाधि केदारनाथ मंदिर के पास बह गई थी ऐसे में हमने जनहित याचिका ( PIL ) no. 183/2018 उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय में दाखिल कर उसकी दुबारा स्थापना करवाई जिसका उद्घाटन व् मूर्ति का अनावरण माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 5 नवंबर 2021 को किया तथा उसमें परंपरा अनुसार शिवलिंग व अन्य विषय को लेकर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में अपील जल्दी दाखिल करी जा रही है.
Ajay Gautam approached to the High Court of Uttrakhand and humbly prayed for Construction / Restoration Of Samadhi Of Adi Shankracharya Ji at earlier place near Kedarnath temple which was completely destroyed in the Kedarnath Tragedy in June, 2013. It is submitted that the Hon’ble High Court on 10.10.2018 directed to the state to restore the Samadhi of Adi Shankracharya Ji positively within a period of one year from today at Kedarnath.

केदारनाथ त्रासदी: हिमालय सुनामी
16 और 17 जून 2013 को आई आपदा जिसमें रामबाड़ा और गौरीकुंड पूरी तरह खत्म हो गए, केदारनाथ में मंदिर के अलावा सब उजड़ गया, मरने वालों की संख्या 10000 से ज्यादा, 3322 से ज्यादा लापता , लावारिस शवो की पहचान करा सेकड़ो शवो का विधीवत अंतिम संस्कार करवाया, अंतिम संस्कार नवम्बर 2020 में आपदा के ७ साल बाद तक करवाया जिसके लिये जनहित याचिका नंबर 45/201९ और 85/2014 उत्तराखंड हाई कोर्ट में दाखिल करी और 8 वर्ष की लंबी कानूनी लड़ाई लडी.

2013 की हिमालय सुनामी के पश्चात जब यह साबित हो गया कि राज्य सरकार का तीर्थ यात्रियों की सुरक्षा पर कोई ध्यान नहीं एवम उनकी आपदा से निपटने की तैयारी निम्न स्तरीय है तब जनहित याचिका नंबर 146/2014 और 52/2015 उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय में दाखिल कर जोशीमठ, नैनीताल, सुनंदा देवी अन्य जगहों पर एडवांस वार्निंग सिस्टम और वेदर डॉपलर रडार स्थापित करवाएं ताकि किसी भी आपदा की स्थिति में लोगों को सचेत किया जा सके इसके अलावा मोबाइल पर SMS के द्वारा मौसम की जानकारी देने की व्यवस्था भी करवाई.

7 राज्यों में बहने वाली और 40 करोड़ लोग जिस नदी के किनारे रहकर उस पर आश्रित हो वह नदी आज महानगरीय और औद्योगिक कचरे और सीवर को ले जाने का माध्यम बन गई है, आध्यात्मिक रूप में तो है लेकिन भौतिक रूप में नष्ट हो चुकी है ऐसे में जनहित याचिका नंबर 137/2018 उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय में दाखिल तथा यह सुनिश्चित करवाया की बिना एसटीपी प्लांट के सॉलिड सीवर इत्यादि नदियों में नहीं गिरे साथ ही सर्वोच्च न्यायालय एसएलपी SLP दाखिल कर यह भी लिबर्टी ली कि उत्तर प्रदेश में बहने वाली सभी नदियों के संबंध में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट उत्तर प्रदेश में भी याचिका लगा सकते है.

गोमुख ग्लेशियर
गोमुख ग्लेशियर जहां से भागीरथी नदी का उद्गम होता है जो देवप्रयाग में वह माँ गंगा बन जाती है, परंतु आज वह गोमुख ग्लेशियर पिछले 70 सालों में दो तिहाई से ज्यादा पिघल चुका है और धीरे-धीरे समाप्ति की तरफ है ऐसे में इस गोमुख ग्लेशियर के संरक्षण को लेकर उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका नंबर 148 /2017 दाखिल करी जिसमें यह आदेश पारित कराया की सिर्फ गोमुख ग्लेशियर ही नहीं बल्कि जितने भी अन्य ग्लेशियर हैं वह इको सेंसेटिव जोन है उनकी मॉनिटरिंग करने के लिए इसरो ISRO के साथ अलग-अलग एजेंसी एक साथ मिलकर गोमुख ग्लेशियर और अन्य इकोसेंसेटिवजोन का मॉनिटरिंग सेटेलाइट के माध्यम से वह अन्य एजेंसियों के माध्यम से करी जा रही है
Uttarakhand high court on Thursday directed the state government to monitor the glacial lake near Gaumukh glacier, the origin of the river Ganga on monthly basis.
The division bench comprising Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice RC Khulbe, while disposing off the petition, directed the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) to conduct a survey of the area every year from May to September month when the glacial snow melts resulting in a rise in water levels and publish the findings on its website.

अनमैंड रेलवे क्रॉसिंग : हजारो मानव रहित रेलवे क्रॉसिंग: अखबारों में अक्सर एक खबर छपती थी की कई स्थानों पर स्कूल जाती हुई बस रेलवे क्रॉसिंग पर ट्रेन दुर्घटना का शिकार हो गई जिसमें मासूम बच्चे काल का ग्रास बनते , लगातार ऐसी खबरों के सुनने के पश्चात हमने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऑफ इंडिया में एक जनहित याचिका नंबर 761 / 2014 दाखिल करी, एक निश्चित समय अवधि में सभी मानव रहित रेलवे क्रॉसिंग समाप्त करने के लिए कोर्ट का आदेश हुआ , हजारों अनमैंड रेलवे क्रॉसिंग में से आज सिर्फ राजस्थान में तीन या चार अनमैंड रेलवे क्रॉसिंग है बाकी सभी हटा दी गई.
The Supreme Court has described as "serious" the fact that 40 per cent of railway level crossings across the country are unmanned and account for 73 per cent of fatalities every year, and issued notice to the Centre in response to a PIL demanding the deployment of guards or gates at all 30,348 crossings.
Despite so many casualties, the Railways have not taken any action to ensure safety and security of the public. These unmanned crossings are not only dangerous for those crossing railway tracks but also for passengers in case the train derails," said the PIL filed by Ajay Gautam, a priest. "

बाल भिक्षावृत्ति हर चौराहे पर जब भीख मांगते हुए छोटे-छोटे उन मासूम बच्चों को देखता हु तब मन सिहर जाता है, वर्ष 2014 से ही इस विषय पर काम कर रहा हु, डीसीपीसीआर और अन्य संस्थाएं सबको लिखा पढ़ी करी कई बार रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन भी करवाएं और दो बार हाई कोर्ट जाना पड़ा जनहित याचिका नंबर 8417/2022 एवं जनहित याचिका नंबर 9180/2014, अभी दोबारा यही मामला माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में लंबित है.

दिल्ली के पुलिस थानों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे एक महीने की रिकॉर्डिंग के साथ : दिल्ली में तकरीबन 210 पुलिस स्टेशन और 50 से ज्यादा पुलिस चौकी हैं जिसमें दिल्ली पुलिस का 42000 से ज्यादा का स्टाफ तैनात है और हर तीसरे पुलिस वाले के खिलाफ उसकी कार्यशैली को लेकर शिकायत आती है, हिरासत में मौत टॉर्चर, यातना आम सी बात है और आम आदमी में खाकी का एक ना खत्म होने वाला डर है, निजी अनुभव और लोगों की परेशानियों सुनकर पुलिसिया कार्रवाई में थोड़ी भी पारदर्शिता लाने के 210 पुलिस स्टेशन और 50 से ज्यादा पुलिस चौकी में सीसीटीवी कैमरे 1 महीने के रिकॉर्डिंग के साथ लगवाए , इस बात को लेकर दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय जनहित याचिका न. 10268/2017 & 11649/2017 दाखिल करी .
The cameras would be installed in 54 police station by December 15 while in the remaining police stations this work would be completed by January 15r, the police informed the court. Meanwhile, the Delhi Government submitted a time frame on filing vacant posts in the forensic science laboratory in the national capital.

पुलिस के लिये गाइडलाइन दिशा निर्देश : दिल्ली पुलिस 80 हजार फोर्स में से तकरीबन 40000 फोर्स दिल्ली के थानों में तैनात हैं परंतु हर वर्ष 10,000 से ज्यादा शिकायतें थानों में तैनात पुलिसवालों के खिलाफ आती है, चाहे वेरिफिकेशन के नाम पर या रपट लिखाने के नाम पर कभी ना कभी हर व्यक्ति का पाला थाने से पड़ता ही है, परंतु पुलिसिया बर्बरता को सब जानते हैं .जनकल्याण की भावना को देखते हुए आम आम आदमी की सहूलियत के लिए मेने PIL no. 11649/2017 के माध्यम से(सर्कुलर नंबर 5/ 2018 ) ऐसे दिशा निर्देश जारी करवाएं जोकि जनता के हिसाब से सुलभ हो, साथ ही दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट यह भी कहा कि इन दिशा निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन होना चाहिए.
The Delhi High Court has directed the city government to circulate guidelines related to functioning of police personnel to all police stations for strict compliance .A bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice C Hari Shankar said the court expects from authorities that the guidelines framed to regulate functioning of personnel in police stations, and ensure safety of complainants and accused are strictly followed.

सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में पार्टी इन परसन के लिये आदेश पारित कराना : इस देश में कहावत है की कोर्ट में जीता आदमी हारा बराबर और हारा आदमी मरे बराबर. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में जॉब पार्टी इन पर्सन यानी एक व्यक्ति जो स्वयं अपना केस लड़ना चाहता है उसके केस की सुनवाई जब सालों तक नहीं हो पाती और उसका पैसा समय और उद्देश्य व्यर्थ हो जाता है और उसे किन किन परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है इन सब विषयों को लेकर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के खिलाफ एक्रीडिटेशन नंबर लगाई और हॉट को एक आम व्यक्ति के रिट पिटिशन नंबर 28/2021 साथ ही हो रहे पक्षपात पूर्ण रवैया के बारे में अवगत कराया तब कोर्ट में यह आदेश पारित किया कि अगर एक बार रजिस्ट्री सहमत है कि है व्यक्ति सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को संबोधित कर सकता है अपना केस लड़ सकता है तो उसका केस बिना विलंब के जल्दी से जल्दी सुनवाई के लिए लिस्ट करना चाहिए.
